OUR MENUS
Our Executive Chef, Vincent Fraissange, crafts custom menus based on individual preferences, dietary needs and family favorites.
We offer a selection of elegant and delicious canapés that prove the perfect pairing with beverages during cocktail hour. Of course, our friendly staff are available to pass the elevated bites to get the party started.
Our stunning stationary tables, another fantastic Cocktail Hour option, are the perfect way to share your love for delicious and beautiful food with your guests. If you’re looking for a real show-stopper, look no further than the Harvest Table, one of the many spreads that we offer. Featuring assorted local charcuterie, hand crafted cheeses, seasonal produce and dips, it’s a real stunner.
If seafood is more your thing, the Raw Bar will do the trick. Featuring a bounty of locally sourced oysters, clams and all of your raw bar favorites, it will surely satiate all discerning palates.
We specialize in Family Style Dinners that engage guests in a special shared meal. Our elegant, abundant and visually stunning dishes highlight gorgeous seasonal and organic produce.

Pheasant Catering possesses a full liquor license, meeting venue requirements for all of your bar needs. Leave it all to us so that you can show up and party!
We offer several tiered bar packages, from basic beer & wine to top-shelf full bar. All our packages include still & sparkling water, as well as all non-alcoholic bar mixers and garnishes .
Our extensive list of signature cocktails has been hand-tailored by our incredible Bar Team. However, if something specific is desired for your big day, we are more than happy to create a delicious customized specialty cocktail just for you.
Our wines on offer are hand-picked and hail from our favorite natural winemakers whose biodynamic and/or organic practices are aligned with our ethos of sustainability.
We seek out both imported and domestic producers, and believe in championing the work of traditionally-minded growers who believe in a minimalist approach in the vines and in the cellar.
